To support client HR functions, the full-time Senior HR Consultant will develop and provide HR solutions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration, while collaborating with the Human Resources Outsourcing team in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Collaborates with the Manager and HRO team to enhance client service and evolve service offerings Administers employee benefit programs and establishes efficient processes for enrollment and communication Develops and supports performance management processes and optimizes client HRIS systems Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, I/O psychology, organizational communications, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in human resources or organizational development Experience in a consulting or HR Business Partner role Familiarity with various Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), such as iSolved or ADP Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
