Providing outsourced HR consulting services, the full-time HR Consultant will manage daily HR functions, including compliance, policy creation, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while working remotely across various client industries. Key responsibilities: Deliver professional HR consulting services and manage compliance, policy creation, and employee relations for multiple clients Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and background checks Coordinate benefits administration and maintain data integrity in the HRIS/payroll system Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related studies preferred, or relevant experience in lieu of degree One year of HR experience Functional knowledge of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
