Job Overview

Role Summary/Purpose:

Support VP, Client Marketing Leader to execute strategies that bolster our key retail brands, optimize partner relationships, drive deeper credit penetration that optimize the consumer buying experience by integrating credit in all relevant touch points. This includes building an effective online credit presence, an in-store credit culture, and consumer offers which drive incremental spend and retailer loyalty. (multi-channel, multi-segment consumer marketing).

This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. • Proficient in Adobe Workfront platform

• Collateral Management

• In-Store Collateral

• Digital Assets

• Refresh/Rebranding

• Optimize execution of digital marketing strategies in conjunction with partner efforts (Client Website, SEM, SEO, Mobile Platforms, Social Media) to build client and growth.
\n
• Ensure clients and efforts follow all advertising and compliance guidelines and leverage existing processes.
\n
• Introduce new ideas and concepts to drive consumer growth and strengthen partner relationships.
\n
• Create, build, and maintain a collaborative partnership with sales, legal, compliance, operations and marketing support teams to drive overall results.
\n
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
\n

Qualifications/Requirements:

\n
• Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 4+ years of marketing experience in the credit card or financial services industries
\n
• 1.5 + years of total marketing experience, preferably in credit card, financial services, or retail industry
\n

• In-depth understanding of marketing tools and methodologies

• Familiar with traditional consumer marketing channels as well as online and social media
\n
• Retail, credit card or other financial services marketing experience
\n
• Strategic thinking with ability to develop and implement actionable plans to drive business results

• Strong analytical skills (segmentation, targeting, ROI, results testing)
\n
• Champion of marketing metrics and program measurement (incremental sales calculation, campaign profitability, break-even analysis)

• Ability to interact effectively with key clients and sales teams

• Proven accountability for business results--executes against plan and delivers
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously
\n
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
