What You'll Do - Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations.
- Oversee office operations in the Property Manager's absence.
- Support leasing, renewals, occupancy, resident retention, and customer service.
- Respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and help convert prospects into residents.
- Process applications, leases, renewals, deposits, and move-in documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized resident and property files.
- Collect rent, post payments, and contact residents regarding delinquent balances.
- Prepare daily bank deposits and maintain accountability for property funds.
- Assist with resident questions, maintenance follow-ups, and complaint resolution.
- Prepare traffic, vacancy, move-out, market survey, and activity reports.
- Process purchase orders and invoices for Accounting.
- Assist with property marketing, resident events, inspections, and other operational needs.
What We're Looking For - A valid driver's license is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two to three years of property management, leasing, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Customer service, sales, or leasing experience required.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing and multifamily operations.
- Knowledge of rent collection, bookkeeping, and property management procedures.
- Strong sales, communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
- RealPage OneSite experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and assume responsibility in the Property Manager's absence.
- Ability to travel locally for deposits, meetings, errands, or other business needs.
